Welcome to your Rafiki Mwema Donor Portal
Your own space to manage your giving, download receipts, and keep your details up to date. Here’s everything you need to know.
Step 1 – Access the portal
Signing in to the Portal
There’s no password to remember. Every time you sign in, we send a secure link straight to your inbox — just click it and you’re in.
To sign in:
- Go to rafikimwema.donorsupport.co
- Enter the email address you used when you donated
- Check your inbox for a sign-in link and click it to open the portal
You can also find a Go to Donor Portal button at the bottom of any thank-you email we’ve sent you — that works too.
Sign-in links expire after 24 hours. If yours has expired, just head back to the portal URL and enter your email again to get a fresh one.

Managing your Recurring Donations
Your active recurring plans show up on the main page of the portal, with the donation amount and next payment date for each one. Click View details on any plan to manage it.
Changing the Amount, Frequency, or Payment Date
- On the plan’s details page, find the Details section and click Edit
- Update whichever fields you’d like — the Donation amount, the Frequency dropdown, or the Next donation scheduled for date
- Click Save changes
Updating your Payment Method
- On the plan’s details page, click Edit in the Details section
- Open the Payment method dropdown and choose a saved card, or enter new payment details
- Click Save changes
Pausing your Donation (Skip Payments)
If you need a break, you can skip payments for a set period rather than stopping altogether. Your giving picks up automatically when the skip period ends.
- On the plan’s details page, scroll down and click Cancel recurring donation
- When the skip option appears (for example, Skip for 1 month or Skip for 3 months), choose the period that suits you — up to 12 months

Managing your Account
Updating your Contact Information
Your name, email address, mailing address, and phone number are all editable from your profile.
On a computer:
- Click your name in the menu on the left side of the screen
- Click Edit and update your details
- If you have recurring donations, you’ll see a checkbox — Apply changes to all my recurring plans — already ticked. Leave it ticked to update all your plans, or untick it to update your profile only
- If you change your email address, you’ll be asked whether to use it for future receipts (it defaults to yes)
- Save your changes
On a phone or tablet:
- Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-right corner
- Tap your name, then follow steps 2–5 above
A quick note: past receipts always show the contact details that were on file at the time of each donation. Updating your profile won’t change those.
Downloading Tax Receipts
You can download individual receipts or grab everything for a whole year in one go.
On a computer: click Receipts in the menu on the left.
On a phone or tablet: tap the menu icon in the top-right corner, then tap Receipts.
- To download a single receipt, click the download icon (a downward arrow) next to it
- To download all receipts for a given year, click Download all receipts and select the year
