Our October employee of the month is awarded to one of our most hard-working team members. A committed, dedicated and caring person who always gives her all for the children of Rafiki Mwema – congratulations Salome!
This amazing staff member has been recognised by many for her selflessness when caring for our children. When one of our girls required a staff in hospital, Salome didn’t hesitate to be there with her for the duration of her stay. She nurtures all of our children and provides a caring maternal energy and a therapeutic environment.
Salome has also been recognised as a very flexible staff member who will take on any task given to her without complaint, and she always follows through and does what she say she will do. She is a valued staff member and we are grateful to have her on our team.
