We need to be the voice for children that the majority of the world has chosen to ignore…
By fundraising for Rafiki Mwema and taking part in Trek for my Rafiki, you will be making a difference to young girls and boys who have suffered significant and severe trauma. Funds raised through this adventure will help us to continue building our forever homes for some of the world’s most vulnerable children.
As part of Trek for my Rafiki, you will join a group of inspiring individuals who are dedicated to helping heal children who have suffered huge trauma.
Your trek will take you from the adventure capital of the world in Queenstown to the glacial wonders and historic elegance of Christchurch, on an unforgettable journey across New Zealand’s South Island. You’ll trek across rolling countryside framed by magnificent mountain ranges, through the spectacular alpine wilderness of Fiordland National Park.
Best of all, every step you take helps raise vital funds for Rafiki Mwema to support children who have experienced things we could not even imagine, and help heal their trauma and allow them to grow to love and be loved.
