We are so excited about the winner of this months award! She is a hard-working lady who is committed to her work, has respect for everyone both staff and our children and is very supportive. We are proud to announce our wonderful staff member Teresia as Employee of the Month for June!
Congratulations on your outstanding work at Rafiki Mwema! Teresia is known as someone who is trustworthy and always does what she says she will do. She is diligent and works hard towards her goals without giving up. Teresia is devoted, humble, flexible and always on time – qualities that we really value.
Teresia has been recognised by many of her peers as a great cook and someone who is very passionate about kitchen duties, preparing meals with love that are so well received by all the boys she supports.
