Our January employee of the month is someone who has been described as passionate and dedicated to his work on Doyle Farm, someone who is hardworking and flexible, and always ready to work. Congratulations Joseph!
Joseph has made a big impact on those around him, with one person calling him their hero for the way in which is a wonderful team player who always works well with others. He makes an effort to be a peace maker as he is someone who connects well with kids and staff wherever he is working.

Joseph is very flexible, sometimes he relieves the security during the night without any complaints. He does his work without any supervision.
Joseph has been working to the farm for a while now and since he was assigned at the farm his performance is excellent, you can see the results of hard work together with his team, and from the report of the team leader this guy is doing an amazing job.
He reports on his duties on time and he do the best he knows. He believes in himself and he is always ready for work no matter what.
