Our December employee of the month is someone who has been described as a “loving, caring mother to our small girls”. She is a person who has shown such commitment and care to our children and we are so proud to have her in our team! Congratulations Agnes!
The way that Agnes has been described by her peers is truly beautiful! She has been called committed, dedicated, caring, hardworking, responsible and loyal. What an amazing set of qualities to have and for our children to feel from one of their carers! We are proud to have Agnes at Rafiki Mwema and even more proud to introduce her as Employee of the Month for December.

At the girls house she is praised for her good work at night, whenever she is on her night shift you can be sure and confident that everything will be ok. And since she joined the Rafiki mtaani team she does the best of her capacity and is a reliable person. She never complains while being assigned to do any work.”
