Hardworking and dedicated, our January employee of the month brings so much to life at Doyle Farm. As Farm Manager, Uncle Stephen has created aproductive working farm that nourishes our children and staff members daily.
He is an individual that leads by example, working tirelessly side by side with his team and always ensuring those around him are supported in doing their very best. Some of the words Stephen’s colleagues used to describe him are hardworking, dedicated, respectful, passionate, caring and full of faith in the future of the farm and Rafiki Mwema. His humour and good nature have also been noted by many. They have also described Stephen as a father figure, because of his care for the children and staff at Doyle Farm and his commitment to continually improving the volume and quality of the produce.
Stephen’s significant expertise, care for others and unwavering commitment are so valued and appreciated. He is most deserving as our January employee of the month. Here are some words direct from the team:
