Drum roll please…. We are delighted to present our November Employee of the Month – Uncle Nic.
As a valued staff member and central part of life at Doyle Farm he is natural leader and loved by all. Bringing his calm nature and wisdom to all he does Uncle Nic provides a high level of support in all areas and is very deserving of this month’s honour.
As we reviewed nominations for our November Employee of the Month, there was a clear and common theme. All those that nominated Uncle Nic pointed to his amazing connection with the boys at Rafiki Mwema. They also mentioned his strong work ethic and natural ability to mediate when required.
Having recently been made Assistant Manager, he has shown great leadership skills. He also continues to give extra time when needed without looking for acknowledgement. But we see what you do Uncle Nic and wanted you to know we appreciate everything you do!
Words of gratitude
Each month when we ask for nominations staff also write why they feel the person is deserving of the award. The responses we receive are heartwarming and demonstrate the impact the nominee has on life at Doyle Farm. In nominating Uncle Nic for November Employee of the Month, staff were able to share their gratitude. We in turn have been able to share these words with him. Here’s just one example:
“He keeps the mood of the boys at peace. Funny and very hardworking, he works extra hours every day and he never hold grudges. He is able to unite the family together as one man and when he is given a task, we are always sure he will accomplish it. Nicholas also is very compassionate and helpful to the needy and he always reaches out to everybody when need arises. He always strives to give the best every time.”
So thank you Uncle Nic. You are so deserving.
