At Rafiki Mwema’s Doyle Farm, there’s one face you’re guaranteed to see bright and early every morning – Brian Kenyatta. Known for his unmatched dedication and warm personality, Brian has become the heartbeat of our farm operations.
Brian goes above and beyond daily, ensuring our animals – especially the cows – are well fed, clean, and healthy. He takes charge of milking, keeps the cattle house spotless, and never hesitates to jump in with extra tasks, from slashing grass to maintaining equipment. His attention to detail and consistency have made him not only dependable but deeply respected by all who work alongside him.
But it’s not just his work ethic that makes Brian special. His kind nature, humour, and connection with the children and staff shine through in everything he does. Whether he’s mentoring the boys at the farm or quietly supporting his fellow team members, Brian leads by example – with humility and joy.
