Our August employee of the month is a surprise to no one at Doyle Farm. He is dedicated, dependable, hardworking and respected by all. Congratulations Bubah.
We all watch Bubah with admiration. When given a task he steps up and gets it done, using his initiative and inner wisdom to guide him. If Bubah is on the job, it will be completed and it will be done well. He knows his boundaries and rights but the best part is that he ensures the children he cares for in town also have their rights respected. Bubah looks after these children as if they were his own and does not hesitate to help, no matter what time or day.
