At Rafiki Mwema, we take immense pride in recognising the incredible individuals who work tirelessly to support our mission and help the children at Doyle Farm thrive. This month, we are thrilled to honour Brian Kenyatta as our Employee of the Month.
Brian is a dedicated and hardworking team member who wears many hats at the farm. Whether he’s milking cows in the early morning hours or ensuring that the grounds are kept neat and serene, Brian does it all with a smile and a strong sense of commitment. His connection with the children is especially heartwarming—he often spends his weekends taking the boys on bike rides and walks, showing the same care and attention that he brings to his farm duties.
One of Brian’s most remarkable qualities is his flexibility. Not only does he manage the dairy department, but he also takes on the role of groundsman and farmer. He ensures that the crops in our greenhouses and outside farm are well-maintained and treated with care. His knowledge and precision are invaluable in keeping everything running smoothly, from the smallest chores to the larger, more complex tasks.
Brian’s passion for his work shines through in everything he does. His dedication to the dairy department ensures that our children always have fresh milk for their morning tea before school. He is also a trusted and reliable presence at the farm, always punctual and ready to lend a helping hand to his colleagues. His humility, kindness, and respectfulness make him a beloved figure among both the children and staff.
Brian embodies the true spirit of Rafiki Mwema—he is a loyal friend to everyone, always willing to help, and someone who brings joy and positivity to those around him. We are proud to have him as part of our team, and we look forward to seeing all that he will continue to achieve in the future.
Congratulations, Brian, on being this month’s Employee of the Month! We are incredibly grateful for your dedication and hard work, and we know the children and staff feel the same. Thank you for everything you do to make Rafiki Mwema a better place.
