We are so excited about the winner of this months award! This smile lights up our hearts and we are so proud to announce this months winner is Paul!
I’m sure that like us, you can’t help but smile when you see the beaming face of our beautiful staff member Paul! Almost every single nomination for him spoke about his connection to the children and we know how important this is. He is one of the first around when there is an emergency, and we know we can rely on him. This is a valuable quality and we do not take it for granted.
Joyful, jovial, loving are just some of the words used to describe Paul from his fellow colleagues and they are absolutely correct. Always hardworking and ready to support anyone around him in whatever situation they find themselves in.
Paul has been recognised as diligent, hardworking and passionate in all that he does for Rafiki Mwema. His genuine love and care for the children in our care has him recognised for his whole hearted approach to everything he does.
